Booking conditions
1. RESERVATION
It is only possible to reserve by sending a completed reservation form (online reservation) or any other written form, such as an email or letter. A reservation is only valid when it has been confirmed by the campsite with the reference of a reservation number.
2. PAYMENTS
After receipt of the booking confirmation, 25% (amounts up to €250.00 must be paid in full) of the total amount must be paid within two weeks. This payment guarantees you the reservation of the Tannery.
Payment of the remaining balance must be received by the host 6 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Reservations made within 6 weeks of arrival date must be paid at time of booking.
In the event of non-payment on time, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee, or where applicable, cancel the booking.
3. PRICES
Prices published for any given year, subject to printing errors, unexpected VAT charges, government taxes and levies and obvious actual errors, will remain unchanged for that year.
4. DEPOSIT
We charge a deposit for the Tanneries. This deposit amounts to 300 euros and must be paid by check, or by bank imprint on arrival. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure, provided that the holiday accommodation is tidy, no inventory is missing and the accommodation or inventory has not been damaged. The accommodation must be left in a clean condition. Reimbursement of the deposit will be made in cash, return of the check or cancellation of the bank imprint.
5. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The Tannery is available on the day of your arrival from 4:00 p.m.
Please report any defects and/or missing inventory to the campsite les 3 cantons reception within one hour after arrival. We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation CLEAN and tidy by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
6. CANCELLATION
The reservation can be canceled free of charge within 7 days of the reservation date, except for reservations made within 6 weeks before the arrival date.
50% of the total amount will be charged in the event of cancellation between 7 days after the reservation date and 6 weeks before the arrival date.
75% of the total amount will be charged in the event of cancellation between 6 weeks before the arrival date and 1 week before the arrival date.
The full amount of the stay will be charged in the event of cancellation between 1 week before the arrival date and the arrival itself.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, payments made cannot be refunded.
Any cancellation must be communicated by registered letter.
Consider taking out cancellation insurance for added security.
7. RESPONSIBILITY / RULES OF CONDUCT
Vacationers must respect the rules of conduct that the manager wishes to apply on his land.
Users of the Gîte causing any disturbance or inconvenience may be ordered to leave the accommodation and campsite after warning, without any refund of payments.
Small animals (1 maximum) are only allowed in the gîte with the prior consent of the campsite. It is prohibited to leave pets unattended in the holiday accommodation. The owner of the animal or the person who brought the animal is responsible for any damage or soiling. Animals must be kept on a leash on the campsite.
